Traveling to
Kiev Ukraine→Odessa Ukraine→ Chisinau Moldova→Bucharest Romania→Brasov Romania.
We will be exploring the developing agricultural sector in these countries by integrating hands on encounters at agricultural enterprises with understanding the present challenges of economic transition. We will improve our understanding of the cultural heritage of the region by visiting national monuments and participating in local festivities. From Ukraine and its independent but soviet state, to Romania integrated into the European Union, to Moldova caught in the middle, we will truly experience the complexity of a transitioning region.
